I like how you acknowledged that it was a lot harder to make money back in the 1930s, you are right. Love the luxury items you chose to take with you, I’m sure the chocolate and toys would’ve been a hit with the children. Had you thought about anything else you might take? What about something that wasn’t invented yet in those times?
If I were to take a few things I’d include firstly a solar powered light and some treats like cookie time cookies (yum!), yogurt bites, dried apricot and mango, Whittakers chocolate, bluebird chippies and a big pulpy pineapple juice. I have no doubts the whole family would enjoy!
