Hello and welcome to my blog today I had another challenging
Post but it was funny because I thought  this was about blog posting but I guess it's about maths too.
Although it was fun for me because maths is my favourite subject in school.
                                                  Your sincerely Moonlight Moala

  1. Kia ora Moonlight,

You are on fire, completing Summer Learning Journey activities almost every day. You're absolutely right that the cactus would need 1095 mls of water in a year to survive. It really isn't very much, is it? I did a bit of research myself, and due to the African desert often having one downpour of rain every few weeks, a cactus soaks up the water and stores it until the next downpour. This means it can feed itself the 3ml of water every day. What an intelligent plant that is.

I agree, I was suprised but excited to see a few math problems in our programme this year. I am glad that math is your favourite subject in school. It was mine as well. However, I have not used math much since I left school so I think I would struggle with it now if I was to come and do the subject with you. Make sure you stick at it and use a calculator as little as possible.

Keep up the awesome work, Moonlight.

    Nga mihi,
    Megan :)
